Hangin' With the Guys, Day 6

Monday, August 11, 2014:  Today, grandson, Michael, his dad/my son-in-law, Dave, and I had a leisurely day of fun.  We watched YouTube videos of minecraft with Dan narrating (from England), had lunch, then took Michael to choose new frames for his latest eye glasses prescription.

Michael (shielding his eyes from the sun) is quite pleased with his new glasses.  Dad, Dave, is quite proud of Michael!

We wanted to try our skills at a local miniature golf course.  The guys were very experienced but I wasn't totally embarrassing, even though I couldn't remember the last time I had played.

Dave is next, then it was my turn.

The water rushing downhill from the waterfall was quite dramatic, the centerpiece of the interesting course.

Dave was the winner of our 'match,' but we all had tons of fun and good exercise climbing all the hills on the course.

We went home.  Then Mary came home from her office and we all enjoyed a fine Mexican dinner at El Mariachi restaurant.  Good night!
